What is this?
On Tuesday, June 21st at 7 PM, Anne Rosensky will lead a discussion of Digging to America by Anne Tyler, a prolific author who writes with warmth and humor.

Her eleventh novel, Breathing Lessons, won the Pulitzer Prize in 1988; Digging to America, published in 2006, is her seventeenth book. She lives in Baltimore, which is often the setting for her stories. This novel begins at Baltimore airport where two of the many families excitingly awaiting the infants they were adopting from Korea meet in a scene that is vivid and touching. The two families each have a girl and soon become close friends. The interactions of the many characters illustrate themes of immigration, parenting and family. Above all, this is a compelling story by a wonderful writer.

Let Geri Cooperman know that you plan to attend at gcooperman@aol.com and a Zoom link will be sent to you prior to the meeting.
