Power In Yoga is hosting a 5-week Yoga series starting in January 2022. Get a free demo class with the Greater Stonegate Village!<br /> <br />This is a 45 minute class designed for any level of yoga practitioner wherever you are on your yoga journey. The session will include a brief discussion, short practice, and Q&amp;A portion at the end. Students may remain seated in a chair or on the floor if that is a comfortable position for them.
