About this event
We will be discussing “The Four Winds” by Kristin Hannah, a historical novel about the Dust Bowl and subsequent westward migration by drought stricken farmers. Hannah is the author of more than 20 novels and her 2015 novel “The Nightingale” was a best seller and loved by many.

The Four Winds centers on one family caught up in the epic sweep of history and, in the process, it addresses themes of hardship, discrimination, economic instability and the American Dream.

We would love for you to consider joining us for great discussions and insights---new members are very welcome! Our members love books and all seem to have varied interests from the classics to mystery, literary fiction, memoirs, thrillers, and so on.

Please contact Joan Hoefling at jahoefling@yahoo.com if you have any questions or would like to join us.
