location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
Yoga is a centuries old practice that is believed to have begun in India over 5,00 years ago. It has changed and developed over time into what most people in America now recognize as a mostly physical practice. While the physical practice is one aspect of the tradition, there are many other parts that when combined, offer the practitioner many health benefits. Some of these benefits include decreasing anxiety, reducing stress, increasing strength and flexibility, improving quality of sleep, and decreasing chronic pain. Yoga is more than just turning your body into a pretzel and there is a version of yoga that is right for EVERY body. if you can breathe, you can practice yoga!
